PVC foam

PVC foam products are characterized by their ability to seal for long periods of time. When compressed 30% or more, they completely seal out air, light, moisture and dust, and they absorb shock, sound and vibration. They can be used for thermal, electrical and noise insulation, and the different densities allow for a wide range of application possibilities.

PVC foam

The flexibility of low-density PVC foams makes it ideal for positive seals on irregular surfaces and tight radius curves. Inserted between two surfaces, low-density PVC foam acts as an excellent shock absorber.

Medium-density PVC foam exhibits greater dimensional stability and enhanced cushioning against heavier loads. High-density foams offer even greater vibration dampening qualities. The higher the density of a PVC foam, the better its resistance and the longer its service life.

Available in rolls, strips, die-cut parts (with or without adhesive).
